• Founder and President/Director of the Hombre Libre Foundation (Projecte Home Balears) since 1987 to present day.
• President of the Executive Commission of the Hombre Libre Foundation since 30 June 1990, the date the trust was founded.
• Founder and first President of the magazine Proyecto.
• National President of the Proyecto Hombre Association, June 1996 to February 2003.
• Founder and vice-president of the Proyecto Joven Foundation.
• Member of the board of the WFTC (World Federation of Therapeutic Communities), which has its headquarters in New York, and Co-President of the Membership Committee.
• Member of the “Drugs NO” Committee and organiser of anti-drugs football matches.
• First Secretary General and then President of the RIOD (Latin American Network of NGOs for drug-abuse prevention). Re-elected President for three further years in September 2002.
• President of the Organising Committee of the 22nd Congress of the World Federation of Therapeutic Communities, held in April 2004 in Palma de Mallorca.
