Kevin Roberts has worked in the commercial sports sector since the early 1990s when, as deputy director for marketing communications at London agency CPMA, he was responsible for PR and marketing as well as handling media management duties at the Rugby World Cup and World Student Games.
As a partner in the Plus Public Relations consultancy he was responsible for clients operating across a range of business sectors including sport, local government and hotels.
He became the launch editor of Sport Business International in `1996 and, as SportBusiness Group editorial director has overseen the growth and development of the magazine, online publishing and conference operations.
He has written for a range of publications, including the International Olympic Committee's magazine 'Olympic Review ' and is a regular chair of sports sector conferences and a media spokesman on sports business issues.
