Hola!
Me llamo Jurica Cvjetko, soy de Croacia. I’m law student with particular interest in sports law and competitive triathlete.
Trying to balance the demands of my legal studies at university whilst competing in triathlons can sometimes prove difficult, but I have promised both my total commitment. I am the only law student at my university who is also a competitive triathlete. My dedication to triathlon is absolute. I go to bed tired and wake up energised. Being a role model for kids provides additional motivation, along with the goal of continued improvement in performance without regrets.
Triathlon is a growing Sport in Croatia, but has yet to achieve the prominence it does in other European countries and in the United States and Australia. I already promite the sport by writing articles on my blog. At the same time this enables me to improve my foreign language skills (german, french and spanish) and I’m keen to broaden my knowledge in the field of Sports Law and in Triathlon.
I understand that communication is key. Playing sports, for most people, is about enjoying the experience. If you can relax and enjoy what you are doing, you will perform better, you will feel more confident and you will come away satisfied, no matter how things turned out. This is true in sports and in learning a foreign language. For example, I’m learning spanish and engaging with Spanish triathletes helps me enormously. I want others to know that you can develop linguistic skills through a sporting lifestyle. Embracing sport and life generally is my philosophy.
I am very much looking forward to an opportunity to explore this further with you and to create an interactive relationship.
Your support could make a huge impact for me.
